How to Use

Function Plotting

  • Enter functions using x as the variable
  • Use ^ for exponents (e.g., x^2, x^3)
  • Available functions: sin(x), cos(x), tan(x), sqrt(x), abs(x), log(x), ln(x)
  • Use pi for π and e for Euler's number

Examples

  • Linear: 2*x + 1
  • Quadratic: x^2 - 4*x + 3
  • Trigonometric: sin(x), cos(x)
  • Exponential: e^x, 2^x
  • Logarithmic: log(x), ln(x)

Graph Controls

  • Adjust X and Y ranges to zoom in/out
  • Multiple functions can be plotted simultaneously
  • Each function gets a different color
  • Hide/show functions individually

Expression Evaluator

  • Calculate function values at specific points
  • Useful for finding intercepts and specific values
  • Enter any mathematical expression

Sample Functions to Try

  • Parabola: x^2
  • Cubic: x^3 - 3*x
  • Sine wave: sin(x)
  • Exponential: e^(x/2)
